Im 18 years old and I’ve been lifting for about 6 months now, I’ve been doing all the basic things right to grow naturally like eating right, good lifting routine, always get enough rest and taking the right supplements. Im 5′11 about 170lbs, Ive gained about 20 pounds and had some solid strength gains; example-my bench went from 125 to 205. But lately Ive been getting nothing from my hard work and good habbits. So my friend suggested I run a basic mass cycle like Dbol at 30-40 mg a day for 4 weeks with nova for pct with milk thistle to be safe or test at 400 a week for 10-11 weeks and deca at 300 a week for 8-9 weeks with a pct as well. I know im young but I dont think one cycle like those two would do much harm.

Any advice would be great, thanks.
